What is your Order Processing & Shipping Policy?
Processing Time:
Orders typically process within 3-7 business days. While we always aim to get your gummies out to you as quickly as possible, please allow for this processing window before your order ships.
Shipping Methods:
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via the method selected at checkout (USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail). You will receive tracking information via email once your package is on its way.
Business Days:
Please note that orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. Deliveries may also be delayed due to postal service conditions or other factors beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Gummy Guru is not responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost during transit. If your tracking information shows the package as "delivered" but you haven't received it, we recommend opening a claim with USPS or UPS directly. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for missing or stolen packages.
Delivery Location:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and that the location is secure for receiving packages. Gummy Guru cannot be held liable for lost or stolen orders once they are marked as delivered.
Weather-Related Damage:
During warmer months, there is a possibility that candies may melt in transit. Gummy Guru cannot take responsibility for melting or other weather-related damage to your order. We recommend considering weather conditions before placing your order during hot temperatures.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.
How is Shipping Cost Calculated?
Shipping is based on the weight of your order and delivery location, with all orders shipping from Florida. You can often add more items without a big change in shipping cost, so feel free to experiment with your cart!
The shipping fee you pay is typically what we pay for the label. If you overpay, we’ll refund the difference.
What is your Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Damages & Issues:
We want you to love your order, so please inspect your items upon arrival. If you find that your order is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at GummyGuru.CandyShop@gmail.com. We’ll evaluate the situation and do our best to make it right.
Please Note:
- Texture or flavor differences are not considered defects. While we take great pride in the freshness of our products and rotate stock frequently, some slight variations in texture or flavor may occur between batches from the manufacturer. Rest assured, we only send out gummies that meet our quality standards, so if you notice minor differences, it’s not a product issue. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement based on personal preference regarding texture or flavor.
